Caitlin is an LCSW Therapist with over 15 years of experience treating trauma, as well as complex anxiety and depression. She earned her Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees in Social Work from Virginia Commonwealth University and has worked in sexual and domestic violence services, emergency departments, and private practice.
Caitlin has a special interest in Intensive Short-Term Dynamic Psychotherapy (ISTDP) and the mind-body connection. She completed a three-year core training in ISTDP at the Washington School of Psychiatry and holds various certifications in somatic and mindfulness-based approaches, including a 600-hour yoga therapy training for mental health professionals through Phoenix Rising Yoga Therapy School.
Guiding her practice is a deep belief in our innate capacity for connection and healing. Caitlin holds that at our core, we all long to be truly seen and understood as we navigate the complexities of being human, and that the desire to know ourselves more deeply unlocks potential for meaningful growth and vitality.
Outside of work, Caitlin enjoys gardening, yoga, paddle boarding, spending time with her partner and dog, and finding any opportunity to be by the ocean.
